Obviously a lot of information has come out regarding American efforts to study UAPs, including stories about research programs and crash retrieval programs. What is the most widely accepted view of similar programs run by near-peer countries like Russia and China? I remember the 4chan leaker saying China had made unexpected progress. Has any other information come out since then?
