UFO (flying objects) sighting over the Gulf of Mexico

Came across this video randomly while searching for another video of a UFO on the Gulf of Mexico on YT. Didn’t think much of it at first, maybe some birds chasing the ship while being illiuminated by the sunset/sunrise. Until I heard them saying “it came out of the water”. Upon re-watching it a few times, they do appear to be coming in and out of the water effortlessly and their movements seem pretty anomalous to me the more i watch it. Would like to know yalls thoughts on this one
