What are your thoughts on and experiences with perfectly white orb UFOs?

Back in 2016, before the government released UFO information, I saw a white orb that matched the observables, which I didnt know about at the time. It moved instantly from beyond the horizon (presumably from the ground) and stopped at about the cloud line instantly. I only saw it in my peripheral at first but then I looked directly at it and the instant I did it flew further up and disappeared. The speed was probably over mach 5 and it made no sound. It stopped and started with no acceleration or deceleration. What are your experiences or thoughts on this type of UFO? Are there any resources that describe what kind of extraterrestrials are associated with different crafts?
