Continious monitoring configuration for under $500?

Hello –

Just moved to some rural land with the most amazing celestial canopy. I am not a technical person, but are there camera systems that will watch the sky at night and record when there is activity? I see a lot of doorbell or security footage, but I haven’t been able to pinpoint if there are affordable products out there more designed to watch the sky for movement?
