I saw one in London 2017

Location: Belvedere, Kent, London borough of Bexley

Apologies that there is no photo and it may not be taken seriously, but I wanted to share because it’s an experience I can’t forget.

Me and my friend would meet around 10pm after work to catch up. We met this one night and sat down on a bench at the local park. We were chatting when all of a sudden a green glow appeared behind a tree just a few feet from us.

We didn’t say a word to each other we just stared at it. It stayed there still for 10 seconds. It then slowly floated upward until it passed the top of the tree. That’s when we saw it. It was just a green orb of light pulsating, it looked like a firework suspended in the air.

After a few more seconds it shot into the sky and vanished. It was the first and only time I’ve seen something so unexplainable. This object made no noise whatsoever. We didn’t speak until about 30 seconds after it vanished. We both looked at each other and laughed, we freaked out. To this day it still plays on my mind, what did we see?

Since then I’ve asked people around the area and apparently we aren’t the only people to have seen this. Triangular green objects and green orbs are being seen and reported to this very day. Was happy to hear I wasn’t the only one. Makes me feel not crazy.

Apologies that this isn’t a super exciting story but this is the first time I’ve put it into words. I had to share.
