I was reading the new UAP disclosure bill when I noticed a weird organization that is allowed to make suggestions to the UAP review board called the UAP Disclosure Foundation. I then googled it, and it led me to a weird NSA PDF about how we would communicate with ET so that it can be interpreted by them. Just thought this was a cool document I haven’t seen on this page before.
