self moving spheres

Self moving spheres in possession of humans

I’ve heard 2 people (one being Gary Nolan) talk about these spheres that were in possession of humans that would move on their own….does anyone know more about this? Why isn’t there footage of these spheres if they were in possession of normal humans. They were supposedly taken by the government and once returned to the human family they wouldn’t move anymore, they probably swapped it (the gov).
