This was posted on X on the 16th of February. I redacted some details as I did not feel that they should be public, in the case someone might try to identify the witness. I am by no means supportive of the secrecy but AARO has not released these willingly and officially and it is not too difficult for me to imagine a scenario in which someone could get in trouble. I DID NOT LEAK IT AND I CANNOT BE SURE IF IT IS LEGITIMATE but it surely looks like it.
The fact that is has no Confidential/Secret classification and that they got UAP wrong, which the OP underlined, could be indicative of a forgery. That being said, AARO being AARO, it would not surprise me that they were sloppy, since they didn’t plan on releasing these anyway.
