Might be a Mylar ballon but this moves funny

Took this just before 8 pm, June 10, 2024 from my backyard in south Philly. In the video at about the 30 second mark, the object moves in a weird direction (though I also jerked my phone, but you can see against the siding in the video). I also have another video taken about a minute earlier of the object. As I said in the title it might be a Mylar balloon, but wanted to share as it moves funny.
