1761 Etching of Ezekiel’s vision – What did he see? UFOs? Earth’s admin CCTV brigade?

I have been looking at this piece for many years and I keep thinking about the configuration of those “wheels with eyes”. Am I crazy to associate the wheels with gyroscopes and the eyes with cameras? To me it looks like they would make great 3D cameras for surveillance. Whatever they represent, this is by far one of my favorite pieces.”
