Esteemed Members of both the Senate and House of Representatives,
The American people implore you to support the signing of Schumer & Rounds’ bill, The Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act of 2023 (“UAPDA” hereafter), into the 2024 National Defense and Intelligence Authorization Act (“NDAA” hereafter).
The UAPDA is a crucial step for transparency and accountability. It establishes a Review Board with necessary and meager funding, grants Congress essential subpoena powers over the private sector and defense and intelligence groups in these matters, ensures thorough investigation into studies, experiments, reports, experiences and recoveries of objects and materials regarding this extremely vast category of unidentified anomalous phenomena (“UAP” hereafter) and thus guarantees that humanity will learn far more about our world and universe and thus our place in it; our reality.
“UAP” applies not only to human-made vehicles or phenomena not publicly-disclosed, but unidentified vehicles made by non-human intelligence, unidentified biological remains found at crash recovery sites and elsewhere, and everything we do not yet comprehend, even things yet to make themselves known to anyone.
Once signed, the UAPDA re-establishes the Constitutional authority of publicly-elected representatives, especially with clearances (another system that needs to be looked at), over defense, intelligence and the private sector. This will be a boon to the federal government’s credibility not just nationally, but world-wide, which will allow safeguarded publicly-funded research to produce incredible advances for the healing and sustainability of the country, our planet and all its creatures. Revolutions in energy, transportation, storage, propulsion, agriculture, human-made climate change, pollution and many more will certainly follow, to the benefit of not just the American people but the Earth’s people and Earth itself, our sacred mother planet.
The President of the free world must be the one to Disclose. Therefore, it’s essential to strengthen safeguards against private, defense, intelligence and foreign interference throughout the process. The current provisions bar individuals involved in reverse engineering or retrieval programs from serving on the review board, but this may not be sufficient. Many unknowingly contribute to these secret programs, potentially compromising the Board’s independence. The 25-year embargo limit on classified intel as it relates to UAP is also a potential problem. The results of these considerations will ensure Congress and the Board’s work on this vital issue is comprehensive, unbiased and serves the public interest.
We cannot allow fear and anxiety to make our decisions. The incredibly positive impact of knowing we are not alone in the eyes of our universe will be revolutionary, unifying and powerful.
The future of humanity and indeed the Earth is at stake. We live on a planet we borrow from our children and future generations. We have a sacred responsibility to ensure they can be safe and healthy. Our consciousness and indeed life itself should not be manipulated and gambled with. We can forgive what others hide, even if it is universal Truth. We can heal and lead our children into a future of hope and opportunity in the eyes of our creator.
Let us use this God-given chance now, in the light of our Sun and the rest of the stars beyond, from this wonderful spaceship we call Earth, to recommit to forgiveness, truth, love, the pursuit of happiness and respect for each other and our planet.
