In a scenario that there are no NHI craft, no decades long retrieval program, no significant evidence of any kind, etc., what explains the cover up? Rejecting SCIF access, and now aerospace companies are lobbying against a NHI bill.
My question is: does anyone have a viable hypothesis on why the cover up is happening? What could it be that fits the strange nature of the cover up?
