I was scrolling through YouTube and passed a video about a saucer photo from 1965 and the idea suddenly struck me… what if we recovered technologies in the 30s and 40s, reversed engineered what best we could and the results were fake looking flying saucers for the next decade or two till we got better? Not saying it accounts for all the sightings over the years, but it helps me not to dismiss these funny looking pics or videos of what you’d think a UFO would be. (2004 Nimitz and others are a different animal all together). Apologies if my light bulb moment has happened here before.
