After hearing UAP might disable nuclear weapons, I’ve been rethinking the Hawaii missile scare

Hi, I’m just wondering if there was any buzz about this topic back when it happened in 2018? I lived in Hawaii and received the alert, I’ll definitely never forget that day, but until now I’ve been satisfied with it being a false alarm because basically nothing in Hawaii works how it should. Is there any speculation on this? I was not at all into UFOs at the time though I did think that maybe the US intercepted it and it was hush hush. Hawaii has a lot of strange “otherworldly” happenings though.

I dunno, just curious. Thanks!
