Any architects or engineers that have knowingly worked on facilities that house non-human technology?

I’m an architectural designer by profession for a medium sized firm in the United States. Our main focus does center around large scale infrastructure. Part of our firm focuses on some classified government contracted projects.

Does anyone know of anybody, whether personally or through research of architects or engineers that have knowingly worked on facilities that have housed NHI tech, or even possibly the laudatory building that RosCoe talked about in several of his interviews? Could the ACE industry be another avenue of insight? Perhaps this is a different angle of approach we can consider to get more potential information about the phenomenon.
