Any idea what this might be?

The object was flying slowly, perhaps the speed of a glider. Also seemed to be slowly decreasing altitude. I say this because there’s no frame of reference after I zoomed in. Also of note; the object was perfectly still for what I would estimate to be 5 seconds when I first spotted it. I thought “I don’t remember a star being there.” and then it starting blinking/moving so of course I called the whole family to come look.
