I watched the Aviary documentary and while I am a believer it did raised some excellent questions. I think it is healthy to look at both sides of the coin. I have also long been skeptical of what we can call the “Bigalow bunch.”
Within the first 10 mins they discuss Paul Bennewitz, and it makes me wonder if counterintelligence agents were willing to go that far in the 70s what, if anything, is stopping them from going just as far, if not further, today?
He was taken by “Government insiders” to alleged crash retrieval locations where props were set up and essentially a whole production. That reminds me of the many people throughout the years who seemingly have no reason to be taken anywhere but they claim to have been taken by government insiders to secret locations to view craft or other high strangeness. People who have had a sighting or experience then get involved in the UFO world and then meet and are taken places by higher ups in the know.
I do believe this is most likely a mix of a massive disinformation campaign designed to distract or obscure legitimate programs. I am just not entirely sold these programs lead to NHI or non human craft.
What other information should I be considering while thinking about the role “The Aviary” or other disinformation plays into this whole thing? Is there too much witness testimony outside of the series regulars we see all the time for this theory it’s all a big disinfo circle jerk to be likely? What would the motivations be to create such a sophisticated campaign? We have seen that the government are willing to invest insane resources into creating fake documents and videos for the purposes of disinformation. With the lack of actual physical evidence, is it likely that this whole thing could be either created and faked by the government and the remaining content submitted by true believers misidentifying strange things in the sky?
