Bizarre probe-like object

Can anyone tell me what this is? We can’t see it when we go outside. This isn’t the only video, I have several. The camera never changes position but the probe-like object does. It changes movements, shape ,size and direction . Sometimes it appears to spin , there’s it appears to pump in and lut. It also illuminates the window (sometimes the entire area) blue. The light itself gets incredibly bright when this thing appears.
