Can someone help figure this out?

There’s a guy on YouTube who has been seeing very strange, fast moving streaks of light in the sky over his house. He says they happen every night, around 4:00 AM since December. He was so intrigued he went out and bought a $500 camera to capture the lights. The way these things are moving is indeed very interesting. Would appreciate someone taking a look.
