Can someone help me figure out what this object in the sky might have been?

I apologize for the awful image quality, this was the best I could capture with my iphone. What I saw was a small bright white light followed by a curved misty white tail. It was moving slowly and horizontal. Taken in San Diego at a local park, Thursday at 8:15pm
