I see that the conference committee has largely rejected the UAPDA, but as far as I know it still needs to be voted on by the full House and Senate right? If we can convince (or have convinced) enough of our representatives to vote for the UAPDA then perhaps there is enough dissatisfaction to send the NDAA back for more revisions. Is this correct?
