Catastrophic Disclosure Won’t Happen

People are throwing around catastrophic disclosure not knowing what it means. The Schumer bill not passing means we reached a dead end. There will be no catastrophic disclosure.

The term came from the SOL conference where they established that catastrophic disclosure means : 1: NHI appear to the public out of nowhere and cause panic.

2: A Rival country like Russia or China becomes first to disclose and push their narrative.

Unless whistle blowers betray their NDA + come out with videos and pictures of UFO this is all a dead end. That is the only way and last time I checked, nobody is lining up to do that. Nobody has threatened to come out with UAP info if the bill doesn’t pass.
