What if disclosure has been a slow process because perhaps UAP and spiritually go hand in hand and the gov knows it. But to publicly state it, would perhaps have consequences.
Not just the obvious, but if the FEDs come out with that info, then it would cause a stir for the foundation to believe with faith. Would that remove that from the equation?
