Description of sighting: I was given permission to a rate UFO video
that will never be made public.. but I was given a lower bitrate
video and the High Res frame snaps, but MUFON has gotten the 4k Optical zoomed version.
and confirmed it as unknown..no MUFON# given, but no permission to make it public
which is frustrating indeed.
only a few have heard of this and only handful seem original footage
dont ask for it.. or images.. it will never happen.
processing color layers brings out details of the saucer
It was thought to be a balloon but its heading into the wind
and dont look like any mylar or ad balloon
