Consciousness, skinwalker ranch, it’s all connected

Why? Why do all of your paranormal interests have to be related?

And more importantly what is the obsession with consciousness? I can’t stand all the nebulous discussion about consciousness and how it affects “the phenomenon.”

I’m here because there have been innumerable accounts of ufo sightings since WWII, corroborated by multiple ppl, and radar.

I’m rly tired of the “woo” aspect. Consciousness, religion, nde, skinwalker ranch, “entities”, etc. I’m not opposed to entertaining abductions, etc, but I can’t stand all the woo. I’m not even opposed to some type of previous human-et contact but enough with the “et’s artificially evolved humans cause I can’t believe humans evolved over 5 million years”, “bending history and folklore for crackpot narratives”, and the worst of them all the consciousness bs.

I can’t even give a good example of what that consciousness narrative is, it’s always so nebulous and nonsensical. I definitely have a “nuts and bolts craft” mentality. That’s what the “data” (sightings, radar) shows. I listen to ppl who go from talking about nuts and bolts craft then in the same sentence start talking about how it’s rly consciousness, “nhi appear differently to different ppl”, or “only smart ppl can see ufos”. 🤦‍♂️

This is def a rant but I guess I want to know if there r other ppl out there who r of the same opinion. I just bought the audiobook “UFOs and the National Security State” by Richard Dolan. It’s my first literary foray into ufos.

I listen to a couple podcasts. “That ufo podcast” has good interviews sometimes and updates. The host is good, but there’s way too much “woo”. I also listen to “Weaponized” but Jeremy can be damn hard to listen to sometimes. 🤦‍♂️

I mostly partake in the form of podcasts, don’t have time to read or videos. Anyone have any suggestions for podcasts? R u tired of the woo?
