Could NHI be Synthetic?

Synthetic, not of Biological origin.That may account for why there’ such a push to delay Disclosure. Point in case: the four people in Congress trying to alter or remove the UAP Amendment.

1.) The World-wide public, including the American public, may be receptive to friendly verdant-hued beings. Less so to Synthetics. The perception of a non-organic species would be, certainly different.

2.) Philosophy. There are already strident differences over politics and Religion. Imagine, if Political Parties and/or Churches claimed , rightly or wrongly, that the Synthetics prove “their” Political Party or Church is the “right” one.

Chaos. Maybe, could be why there’s such an effort to delay Disclosure. To help avoid that Chaos

3.) We already have advanced, to us, AI software programs. This is a “proof of concept”, that AI programs may become very-advanced. So, very much theoretically, an Ancient civilization may have, also developed AI. The next step, would be to give them a Form. I mean, AI assistants and programs can only do so much on disc.
