In regards to the recent jellyfish UAP and the discussion over whether or not it’s a smudge on the goddamn lens, Summer!
Here’s a quick question for people who think this could possibly even suggest such a dumb thing.. Do you not think the military trained experts who are military trained to operate this device didn’t think at any time to simply stop panning from right to left to see if this was the case? The second the camera even begins to slow down the smudge will do the same. If you were aiming your own camera at the sky for whatever reason and didn’t even realise you had a smudge at first, would you think it’s an object and just keep moving the camera around thinking “wow, either I’m perfectly matching this things movement or it’s doing a great job of sticking in the same spot!” No, the second you try to adjust your own “aiming” the smudge mirrors you and you immediately realise it’s indeed a smudge. I think it’s something the operator would not be fooled by. That’s a ridiculous suggestion.
Also, why do you think the operator of that device would be so zoomed in on a base, not doing a general wide sweep and just panning from right to left at that kind of speed? He’s clearly tracking something unless you think this is how anyone scans an area.
So either the expert operating the device is a moron, or people aren’t thinking straight.
