Did President GHW Bush see the bodies?

For those who don’t know, David Hoffman is a filmmaker who’s been uploading his archives to YouTube. His videos are really interesting, check him out. I’m not sure if this has been posted before but it features an interesting story about President George H.W. Bush supposedly telling a sound man that “Hey, you know those little green people? They’re real, I saw one dead.” The story has a pretty glaring hole in that first David says, ‘[the soundman] turns down the sound, _stops recording_…’ and then later says it wasn’t on tape. Obviously if he stopped recording after hearing it… it would be on tape. Still interesting story and fascinating old school footage.
