Wouldn’t it make sense that whoever discloses first will appear more transparent and have earned a leadership type role on this topic? This seems like a great way for a country to undermine their political rivals while simultaneously advancing research within their own borders.

I know everything in life doesn’t have to be all “Art of War”, but let’s face it, the nations that supposedly have answers aren’t exactly friendly, so why the joint silence? Especially now that the ball appears to be rolling.
