Distant Memories re: nuclear weapons platform

Hey,

Does anyone else remember a late 80s, early 90s documentary about Area 51. Memory is beyond fuzzy, but I distinctly recall someone being interviewed talking about a “Platform that stays up for days” and has nuclear capability. Might have been called “Area 51, the Black [Something].”

I recall at the time thinking such a platform sounded almost ridiculous, yet here we are talking about it.
