Do ufologists have a model/theory that is widely accepted as explanatory of all (or most) of the evidence we have for alien visitation?

Do ufologists make any assertions about what they consider to be factual? If so, what’s the evidence used to support their assertions?

If they have a theory, does it make any predictions that can be tested? Have any theory/model-based predictions ever been confirmed through experimentation and observation?

Basically, is there any single idea that is core to everyone who believes UFOs are, in fact, aliens or inter dimensional beings or time travelers or nonhuman beings?

Is there a single, substantial, provable fact about anything dealing with the ufo subject?
