Does NHI even want disclosure?

Assuming that Grusch’s testimony is in fact reality, then a select few humans have kept knowledge of NHI from humanity for decades.

The question I have is whether or not NHI wants the general human population to be aware of their existence. Or do they even care?

If NHI really wanted to keep the general population in the dark and allow our “civilization” to develop without interference, they’ve done a piss poor job at that. If we were to remain blissfully unaware, why so many sightings, leaks, imagery, gimbal/tic tac vids, visitations, etc. ? Also they’ve had decades to lay low and remove UFO/UAP storyline out of the zeitgeist, but now due to continued sightings and mounting evidence, the ufo storyline is in a fever pitch. The notion that NHI doesn’t want us, the general population, to know about them makes zero sense to me.

On the other hand if NHI wanted the general population to be aware that humanity is not alone, NHI has done a piss poor job at that as well (i.e. why would NHI allow for a tiny group of people to keep everyone in the dark?). Is passing this disclosure act with the challenges it’s now facing from like what 4 people (?) in Congress an insurmountable roadblock for NHI?? They have travelled light years/across dimensions to enlighten humanity, but are now going home defeated by McConnell and his cronies?? The majority of humanity wants to know that we are not alone, yet NHI allows a select few individuals to keep us in the dark?? Also why would anyone aware of an NHI that wants disclosure, do anything against the will of that NHI?? A pro disclosure NHI also makes absolutely no sense.

Maybe NHI just doesn’t care either way?? Earth could just be an oddity in the universe that NHI comes to visit from time to time. If we kill ourselves off, that’s fine for them. It’s strange that presumably enlightened/advanced civilization(s) capable of traveling vast distances would be so careless when studying our planet though. I guess in the Infinity of time and space, emerging life has little more value to NHI than a passing oddity and therefore they can leave crashed craft and “biologics” behind without a care ?

Alternatively, has NHI made an agreement with whoever in the past to keep us in the dark and maybe time is up ?? That seems implausible given how laughably ridiculous and disjointed the roll out to disclosure has been so far. But maybe they’re letting the worst representatives of humanity (Mitch McConnell, the Mikes, and a bunch of DoD douchebags) handle disclosure form the entire human race? Maybe … Seems really dumb though.

I don’t know.. something doesn’t add up. Would love a more astute read of the situation than my feeble human mind can muster.
