Sorry folks, a little new to the topic and have had very little luck researching this particular facet of it. Given that so many UFO commentators (and whistleblowers) cite DOPSR as the main reason they cant expound further on certain topic(s). Have any of you heard of or come across any UFO whistleblowers that went to jail for breaching it ever? My google-fu isn’t that great and id love to read about those cases.
