It’s likely that almost every single one of those Starlink Satellites are equipped with a sophisticated cameras and there has been multiple accounts of pictures and video of UAPs moving near the satellites and interactig with the Satellites. The reason these pictures and videos have not been released is because SpaceX is involved with the US Government and Musk cannot release any information pertaining to this phenomenon due to “National Security”
