“Eminent Domain” clause won’t pass! It’s better to have something than nothing.

It looks like Congress is rewriting the amendment to have a ‘light’ version of it without the ‘Eminent Domain’ clause. Well, of course, the ideal would be to have this specific clause there, but let’s be honest; it won’t pass. They won’t accept it. It is better to still have a law guiding us for disclosure than absolutely nothing, and we go back big steps behind and need to wait again for another whistleblower to come forward, which we don’t know if will happen or not (look at the Grusch situation; he came forward, lost his career, nobody in the media or civil population believed him). This is GOOD NEWS; let’s press them to pass it even without the ‘Eminent Domain’ clause.
