Engaging You Representatives on Disclosure

I decided to write all my representative and senators last week. I just received this reply from my one of the state senators. Anyone else receive a reply or engaged with theirs? I feel like I would see this as a typical response, very generic.

Dear Mr. XXXXXXXX

Thank you for contacting me to express your concerns about Unidentified Flying Objects and other phenomena.

As the son of a U.S. Army Veteran, I understand the value of national security, as keeping Georgians safe is my top priority as your senator. However, it is also important for the military and the United States government to maintain classification processes and statuses of certain intelligence to maintain our national security. In doing so though, we must strike a balance between transparency and our national security, and I support transparency when it does not pose a threat to the public or our national security.

Please know that I remain committed to ensuring that the intelligence and defense communities are able to effectively execute their jobs while also maintaining public confidence and transparency. I will be sure to keep your views in mind when considering any legislation related to this issue.
