Eric Weinstein’s theory on UAP/pilots’ origin?

I’ve seen almost all of the latest JRE podcast with David Grusch, and at a certain point they discuss Eric Weinstein’s point of view on the phenomenon, the crafts, the bodies etc… sadly they don’t delve into the argument, although both David Grusch and Joe Rogan call Eric “a genius” and point out his theory is really interesting. Curiosity arose in me: what is Eric Weinstein’s point of view, what is his theory about the origin of the UAP crafts, the non-human biologics, etc..? Is there a podcast, something he’s written, an interview, a video, etc… where he states clearly what he thinks about it?
