Fish shaped object in the sky

I saw this today in New Mexico near the border. Driving I-10 for at least 30 minutes at 80mph I could tell this object was stationary. It was at least 5-10 miles out and maybe 10 degrees above the horizon. IPhone zoomed photo and image enlarged to show shape.
