This is based on comments he made during the Hearing. Even if some of this closed session testimony is redacted, it would be interesting to know what he said. Covering topics such as: specific companies, specific divisions, locations, satellite imagery, etc. Surely someone has made a FOIA for this already? Which would be the correct agency for something like this?

Edit: as some folks are providing legal advice that we can’t request from Congress: Reference? Are we sure this is what there is?

What about loopholes like surely the minutes /summaries will have been sent to or requested by heads of agencies / divisions? We can FOIA for all correspondence related to said transcripts or minutes, no?
