Help needed – An HD video of the JFUAP exists – let’s find it

There exists an HD video of the jellyfish UAP. The image quality and clothing of the people in the video dates it roughly between 2000-2012, but possibly older (early digital?). It is filmed from either the perspective of someone on a boat or a dock in a European looking town. Ornate fencing decorates the docks. Vacationers point at and observe it cruise slowly overhead only 15-20 feet off the ground. It is brown in color. Someone makes a remark about balloons. It definitely approaches from the right side of the frame and then passes overhead as the cameraman pans up to catch it closer. These are all the details I can recall – perhaps someone on this sub can help locate this video.
