HoW COmE YoU DiDN’T tAKe A PiCture!?

I’m not sure if this has been seen before but here’s a video from a Reddit user when the present’s motorcade passed by. Just as the vehicle the president is in passes by his phone glitches preventing him from video recording or taking a picture.

Now if we, as human beings, have the technology to do something like this, imagine what an alien race with far more advanced technology than us can pull off.

This should offer some perspective whenever someone says they witnessed a UAP, tried to take a video or picture, but was unable to.
