How many of these NHI and uap on earth? Did us government have any knowledge?

It looks like UFO NHI are very rare, not like we could see them everyday often.

Even some claims us government has possession of a dozen or more crafts,

Maybe there are not many more than that, very few actually.

They could be from inner earth, in the ocean where we don’t know too much, , not outer space.

If they are extraterrestrial, even with their technology , it could still take long time to get here.

If Congress could do full disclosure and get possession of the alien materials , they should open a new museum in DC for the public to see, it will the best wonder of the world.
