How will people react to the first extraterrestrial?

When David Grusch and others blew the whistle saying that the Defense Department and aerospace agencies have extraterrestrial technology, Congress has been bullied into offering legislation asking for transparency that has no teeth. It lacks the ability to compel disclosure. The reason given is that disclosure will be catastrophic!

Ever since the Orsen Wells on Sunday October 30, 1938 made the radio broadcast of H. G. Well’s “The War of the Worlds,” people have believed it caused mass panic. In reality, very few people were fooled into acting irrationally.

It is likely that Congress has been bullied/lobbied by the aerospace industry. Perhaps “catastrophic” only applies to certain corporate bottom lines. I proposed that ‘we the people’ unite on every social media outlet and ask everyone to consider this question:

How would you react if an extraterrestrial presented itself to the UN Security Council in a televised public disclosure? Would you
A) Panic as if the sky is falling
B) Take a moment to look up before seeking your next meal

I am asking that everyone push forth this survey question on your favorite social media and that you collect the As and Bs.

I believe that the people of the world will not panic.
