So this morning I had to have an MRI done because of a possible pinched nerve in my neck. About two minutes in, the tech came over the speaker and asked if I had ever had any kind if injury or surgery done on my head. Nope, never why? Well, you have a piece of metal in your forehead. WTF? How big of a piece of metal? Well, it looks to be roughly 5mm square. I’m a retired sheet metal fabricator, forming, welding, and grinding for 35 years, but I think I would remember a chunk of metal that big getting embedded in my forehead; there’s no scar, I can’t feel anything there. I mean, metal slivers so small you can barely see them cause huge pain until they are dug out. This can’t be that other thing, can it?
