I don’t live in he USA but I want to help put pressure for the NDAA and both amendments. How can I do it?

Basically, the title.

I am not American, I’m European, but I want to know if I can help somehow. I’ve checked if I can contact your senators and congress people, but I need the ZIP code +4 extension, name and address. Is there a way I can help?

My country of origin, where I can put pressure, is totally oblivious to UAPs, they’re absolutely fringe and it’s gonna be pointless to do the work here. It’s all happening in the american continent, the rest will follow. Maybe the British will do sth on this side of the pond, but I doubt it.

So, how can I help? Anyone knows if and how we, non americans, can add to the effort?
