I don’t think it’s a UFO but this phenomenon outside my back yard is hard for me to comprehend

It looks like a glare on glass but I am outside, not taking the picture through a window. Looked a bit like it could’ve been a sun ray but it couldn’t be. Then these 3 perfectly spaced dots appeared to the right of it.
