I saw an orange orb hover over military base and collapse within itself

I am a truck driver for Walmart, and at 11:00 pm, on a clear night in 2023, within the bounds of the Yakima, WA military base, I stared at an orange orb hover over a military munitions depot (cross referenced via google maps), for 20 seconds and then collapse into itself and dissappear. There is never any lights in this area, I drive through it every other day, and immediately picked up on it. After looking into orange lights, i became i believer from the exact decription and the fact these orange orbs intrude into military installations. Apparently orange means their observing and collecting data. Red means their hostile? Any thoughts would be awesome. Thank you.
