If a UAP sighting doesn’t have COPIOUS amounts of videos/photo evidence to go along with it, I automatically think it’s fake.

Seriously, if there is a genuine sighting of a UAP, I would expect any sound-minded individual to take a video for as long as its visible (yes, potentially HOURS worth of video if it looks truly anomalous).

Many sightings posted here are at most a few minutes long. It is so obvious these are bait videos that are designed to be strange enough to grab attention, but short enough to record/edit to be easily distributable on social media platforms.

Who in their right mind would turn off their camera after just 30 seconds of recording a potentially earth-shattering discovery?

I think one of the more frustrating examples of this is when an individual has a sighting within their own vehicle, and doesn’t take the time to stop the car and take a better video. I find this to be a betrayal to the movement of disclosure and transparency. It’s muddying the water of evidence because of their laziness to take a decent video of the greatest discovery of all time.

I’m not telling people to stand outside for 5 hours to record something that looks odd in the sky. Just encouraging people to record for longer than a few minutes.

And I understand this only really applies to stationary UAP. For a UAP that is in motion, this point would not apply the same way.
