If almost all UAP were black technologies as the March Report says, why would they keep that secret from everybody (including Navy aviators) only to reveal it in some UFO report?

As in, if the point of non acknowledging it and testing it without attribution was to prevent people knowing this tech was actually “Ours”, why then so casually admit that it’s all our own “Black Program Tech” in the recently released and much criticized report?

In other words, why suddenly just reveal it in some fringe, bizzaro report (that nevertheless is carefully broadcast to ‘choicest’ mainstream media outlets), but conceal it for decades from everyone in your own military and government?

Um….doesn’t make sense, much?
