I’m having some trouble understanding what timeline to expect if Garcia’s amendment passes.
Like, from the date it’s signed into law, when would we expect to see declassification begin? The amendment says the review board will terminate in 2030. So I assume it will be a lengthy process? Is there anyway for us to tell?
